How do I book a yatra?
Open the yatra you are interested in and choose a published departure or your preferred start date. Tap “I’m interested” to message us on WhatsApp. Our team will help confirm the arrangements and explain the next steps.
What is included in the package?
Inclusions vary by yatra and package. Check the individual page for transport, hotel stays, vegetarian meals and coordinator support. Confirm the room arrangement and any exclusions with our team before booking.
Can I choose my own dates?
Yes. Use the custom-date option on the yatra page to share your preferred start date. Our team will discuss availability and the itinerary with you. Chota Char Dham currently accepts custom-date enquiries only.
Where does the journey start?
Navagraha and Pancha Bhoota yatras start from Bengaluru. Chota Char Dham starts from Haridwar. The team will share the pickup location and reporting time when your arrangements are confirmed.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The packages may differ in hotel and room arrangements. Ask our team for the specific inclusions for your chosen yatra before deciding; the package names alone do not confirm a particular hotel or room type.
Can families and older travellers join?
Tell us who is travelling and any mobility or assistance needs before booking. Walking distances, steps and terrain vary between temples, so our team can discuss the route and available arrangements with you.
Does the package include special darshan or ritual tickets?
Do not assume special-entry tickets, poojas or other temple charges are included unless they are explicitly listed in your package. Our team can clarify these costs before you book.
Does tapping “I’m interested” confirm my booking?
No. It starts a WhatsApp enquiry. Your booking and payment requirements will be confirmed separately by the My Shrine team.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Contact the team as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on the confirmed booking terms and arrangements already made. Read our service policies and confirm the applicable terms before paying.
