When you use this website

• Launch waitlist: your email and optional phone number are sent to our signup service to record your interest and send a launch notification. The signup also includes a source label and an anti-spam field.
• Enquiries: when you email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, temple, town or contribution interests. We use it to respond and discuss your enquiry.
• Hosting: hosting and delivery providers process connection information such as IP address and request metadata to deliver and protect the website.
• Optional analytics: Google Analytics loads only after you allow it in this website’s cookie controls. It measures page visits and a successful new waitlist signup. We do not include your form email or phone number in those analytics events.
• Preferences: your analytics choice is saved in your browser. See the Cookie Notice.

When you use the app

• Account and profile: phone number for one-time-password sign-in, name, email and profile information you provide. Authentication and profile data are processed through Supabase.
• Birth and Kundali information: date, time and place of birth and saved chart profiles are used for the requested calculations and insights. Only add another person’s information when you have authority to do so.
• Location: with device permission, location supports nearby temple discovery and local Panchang calculations. A manually selected city can be used instead.
• Participation: community posts, replies, contribution submissions and group participation are stored for those features. Material you post may be visible to other participants; avoid sharing sensitive information publicly.
• Journey data and preferences: visit records, plans and settings may be stored on your device; features such as circuit interests and progress also have account-based synchronisation.
• Notifications and diagnostics: notification tokens support push delivery. Firebase Analytics records app interaction events, and Crashlytics supports fault diagnosis. App diagnostics may be associated with your account identifier; they are not described here as anonymous.

The website’s analytics choice applies to this website, not to separate app settings or device permissions. Sadhana is currently a coming-soon feature; this notice does not imply that every described or planned feature is available.

Why we process data

We use data to fulfil your launch-notification request, respond to enquiries, operate the features you use, maintain accounts, personalise requested content, protect against abuse and diagnose failures. We do not sell your personal data. Permission to send a launch notification is not permission for unrelated marketing.

Service providers and external links

The website uses Firebase Hosting, a signup API backed by Supabase, and optional Google Analytics. The app uses Supabase for authentication and data, Firebase for notifications, analytics and crash reporting, Cloudflare for public content delivery, Open-Meteo for location search, and Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap-related services for content and maps. OTP delivery and any enabled payment feature may involve the providers shown in the relevant flow.

Providers may process data outside India under their applicable terms and safeguards. External temple or operator links lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices. We do not imply that a listed temple is a commercial partner.

Retention and security

We retain data for the purpose for which it was collected, to handle your requests and where a legal or security need applies. You can request removal of your waitlist entry or account data at any time. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution; where relevant, we will explain this in responding to your request.

We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove device backups held outside our control. We do not promise an unverified backup-deletion period.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw a launch-notification request, or raise a privacy grievance by contacting admin@preethineethijyothi.in. Use the address associated with your signup or account where possible. We may ask for proportionate verification; never send a password or OTP. We will address requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any lawful limitation.

Website analytics can be declined or withdrawn using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Location and notification permissions can be managed on your device. Read Data and account deletion for the available request routes.

Children

This website’s waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the waitlist or general enquiries. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate authority, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any app access for children requires suitable safeguards and applicable parental consent arrangements before it is offered.

Updates

We may update this notice as the service develops. The revision date identifies the current text. Material changes to processing will be communicated as required, and additional consent will be sought where applicable.
