Welcome to My Shrine ("the App"), a devotional and spiritual companion provided by Preethi Neethi Jyothi ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

My Shrine offers temple discovery, pooja information, a Hindu calendar and Panchang, Kundali (birth-chart) calculations, sadhana tracking, spiritual reading material, a community space and related devotional features. Features may be added, changed or removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts & Guest Mode

• You may browse core content in guest mode without an account.
• Some features (community posts, saving Kundali profiles, contributions) require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Spiritual & Astrological Content — Important Disclaimer

Panchang timings, Muhurta windows, festival dates, Kundali charts, numerology, gemstone and Vastu guidance and similar content are provided for informational, cultural and devotional purposes only. They are generated from astronomical and traditional models and may not be exact for every location or tradition. This content is not professional astrological, medical, financial, legal or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified guidance. Any decision you make based on it is your own responsibility.

5. Bookings & Third-Party Services

Temple and pooja bookings, maps, and certain content links may direct you to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their availability, pricing, or fulfilment. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading or infringing content;
• harass other users or disrupt the community;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
• misuse the App in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

7. User Contributions

When you submit content (community threads, replies, temple information, or volunteer contributions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App. You represent that you have the right to share it. We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its name, logos, design, icon set, original text and imagery are owned by Preethi Neethi Jyothi and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission. Sacred texts, stotras and traditional material are presented for devotional use.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preethi Neethi Jyothi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App or any reliance on its content.

11. Changes to the App & Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or an account that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
