Our current service

The website introduces our mission, describes the app and roadmap, accepts launch-notification requests and provides ways to contact us. My Shrine has not launched publicly. Previews show work in progress; features, timing, platform availability and pricing may change. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a paid service.

Accounts and responsible use

Where app access is provided, sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep access to that number secure, provide accurate information and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not share another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, impersonate a temple or another person, submit spam, or publish unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Temple information and spiritual content

Temple histories, timings, maps and other information may come from contributors and external sources and can change. Confirm important details directly with the temple before travelling.

Panchang, Kundali, muhurta and related content are provided for cultural, informational and devotional use. Calculations and interpretations can vary by location and tradition. They are not a substitute for medical, financial, legal or other qualified professional advice, and no spiritual or personal outcome is guaranteed.

Participation and contributions

A temple enquiry or offer to contribute starts a conversation. It does not establish an official affiliation, volunteer placement or commercial agreement. Separate arrangements must be agreed where appropriate.

You retain rights in original material you contribute. By submitting it for inclusion, you permit us to use it to review and provide the relevant service. Confirm you have the right to share it. Community posts may be visible to others and may be moderated where they breach these terms or applicable law.

Bookings, payments and third parties

This website does not take payments, confirm poojas, arrange tours or sell prasadam. Those services are planned. We will publish the applicable service, cancellation and refund terms before accepting a transaction. See Service availability and payments.

Where you choose an external provider, review its terms, availability and privacy notice before proceeding. A link or temple listing alone is not an endorsement or partnership.

Community conduct

You are responsible for content you post. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, misleading, or infringing content, or spam. Any post or reply can be reported, and any user can be blocked, from within the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms and suspend or remove the accounts that posted it. Content you post may be visible to other users.

Intellectual property

Our branding, original design and original content belong to Preethi Neethi Jyothi Private Limited or the relevant rights holder. Third-party images, texts and material remain subject to their applicable rights. Do not reuse our branding in a way that implies an unagreed affiliation.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or availability of planned features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the website or app and request deletion of your data. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. We may revise these terms; material changes will be communicated where required. A future paid service may have separate terms presented before you transact.

Governing law and concerns

Indian law applies. Subject to mandatory rights and applicable law, disputes fall within the competent courts of Mangaluru, Karnataka. Please first contact admin@preethineethijyothi.in so we can understand and respond to your concern.
